Unit4 ERP how to build a new client (to include general ledger) build online training course

This is a two-day course aimed at staff who will be involved in the implementation and build of the Unit4 ERP system.

This course covers the fundamentals and basic financial concepts of the Unit4 ERP system. It is one of the core courses and a foundation to most areas of the system. Anyone who will be involved in the implementation and build of the Unit4 ERP system should attend this course.

It would be beneficial for candidates to have a good knowledge of computer navigation in order to follow the course.

The course will cover :

  • Introducing the build plan
  • Setting up a New Company
  • Copying data between Companies
  • User and Role access
  • Currency Setup
  • Attributes and Attribute values
  • Relations
  • Account Rules
  • Setup a chart of Accounts
  • Tax Codes and Tax systems
  • Common
  • basic resource Setup
  • Triggers

The course will run from 9.30 – 4.30 each day with an hours break for lunch and time during the morning and afternoon for delegates to get a drink/snack etc.

Training manuals and task lists will be provided electronically along with a link to the session which will be delivered via Zoom.

There will be plenty of time for you to ask questions and groups will be kept small with a maximum of 6 delegates per session so that everyone has the chance to absorb and digest what they are learning.

Please note: As sessions are being delivered remotely due to the current Covid 19 situation, there may be some unavoidable background noise or interruptions. In addition if we do experience the odd technical glitch – we will do whatever we can to ensure they are overcome as quickly as possible.
